“Jada” Self Portrait

This was my first color portrait. I was taking a painting class and we were tasked with making a color painting. Most of my classmates decided to paint themselves according to their skin colors and in a more formal way. I wanted to test my understanding of color and showcase all the different colorful facets of my personality with this painting. I decided to paint myself in the colors that I believe emanate from my soul
